Learning and Development Manager

In this strategic, hands-on role, you ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving learning initiatives that engage employees at all levels from new starters to future leaders. From launching leadership development programmes and graduate pathways to embedding a new Learning Management System (LMS), your work will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and performance. What you''ll do: Own the end-to-end design, delivery, and refinement of the company s learning and development strategy Create accessible, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that meet the needs of employees at all levels Design and implement modular leadership and management development frameworks, focusing on soft skills and emerging talent Facilitate workshops, develop toolkits, and produce on-demand learning resources to support a self-directed learning culture Lead the successful implementation and management of a new LMS, driving adoption and engagement Manage the LandD budget and report on ROI to ensure commercial effectiveness of all initiatives Conduct skills gap analyses and use ..... full job details .....
