Managing and administering the firm’s HRIS, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information by undertaking data integrity and data cleansing projects, to ensure the systems are used efficiently to execute the HRIS strategy. Current HR information systems include Cascade, ADP, Cornerstone, MyBenefits, Performance Leader and All HiresBe a key player in the global HRIS system review projectMonitor and review existing systems; research and evaluate new and/or alternative solutions to enhance HR operational effectiveness; help with change management plans associated with new or enhanced technology; progress to helping lead and deliver the implementation of a new HR systemPlan, manage and deploy upgrades of existing HR systems; review and implement new features and enhancementsAnalyse, maintain, problem solve and troubleshoot data issues; provide support for HR systems governance such as system changes, priorities and impactsProvide training to end users to increase effectiveness and ability to use HR systems and tools; prepare guidance notesManage people metrics and analytics; provide and present data and statistics both internally and externally (includes Gender Pay Gap reporting)Contribute to cyclical processes such as the Annual Performance Review, Compensation Review and other projectsImprove existing processes and work with other Business Services departments to integrate systems and streamline the use of people data across the firmEngage key stakeholders across the business, making data accessible and relevantMaintain a clear understanding of GDPR and compliance issues associated with personal and sensitive dataProvide HRIS support to the wider HR team; troubleshoot HRIS issues and configure platforms to meet business needs, working closely with the vendor and the business where requiredData cleanse and develop processes for data entry enhancementsTranslate report data into visual and concise language for the end userCollaborate with stakeholders to understand SME needs and deliver HR delivery and performance improvementsWork with reward and HRBP colleagues to identify business needs and provide analytical solutionsHR systems deployment, upgrade and administration experienceProject management or technical lead experience on HR systems deployment projectsUnderstanding of relational databases and related integrations, data analysis, data cleansing and report authoringAdvanced Excel (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables) and PowerPointPowerBI is highly desired, or ability to learn on the jobExcellent attention to detail; strong problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills; ability to explain technical advice to colleagues in simple languageAbility to train colleagues to use HR systems and report creationResponsive to business needs and, in time, able to anticipate future needsStrong organisational and prioritisation skills; adherence to deadlinesStrong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems collaborativelyAbility to work with key stakeholders to ensure systems are fully and accurately integrated with related applicationsVerbal and written communication skills and ability to create technical design documentsStrong understanding of the workings of a HR department (ideally within the legal sector)What we can offer you
