We are seeking an enthusiastic

Sous Chef

to join our dynamic team on Liverpool Street. We specialize in preparing a variety of international cuisines from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your existing skills and learn even more in a vibrant and busy environment. We are looking for a Sous Chef to work across our Bistro, Street Food, Composite Salad and Hospitality sections. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef from a busy retail/hospitality background.

We are specialists in- house staff dining that tops the high street, hospitality and corporate fine dining for any and every occasion, and front-of-house services that create a lasting first impression.

We don''t offer a one-size-fits-all service solution, our services go beyond expectations and are crafted to suit every individual client. Work pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - 6:30/6:45am - 3:00/3:30pm

Salary:

£40,000-£42,000 per annum

Key responsibilities• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ''picture perfect'' every time• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
