for a talented

Construction Lawyer (4–7 PQE)

to join their team.This is a

rare opportunity

to step into an in-house environment where you’ll work side by side with the business, directly influencing bids and projects that shape communities and industries.

Contract:

3 months (with strong potential to extend)

Experience:

4–7 years PQE (prior in-house experience welcome, but not essential if you bring strong construction expertise)

Location:

Hybrid – initially 3 days in office, with greater flexibility possible later

What You’ll Be Doing:

Advising on and negotiating

NEC/JCT contracts

Drafting and amending

professional services appointments ,

collateral warranties ,

PCGs , and related documents

Supporting bid preparation and

contractual queries

While predominantly

non-contentious , some involvement in

commercial claims

may arise

What are they looking for?

EandW Qualified construction lawyer with a strong non-contentious background (4-7PQE, but happy to consider more experienced)

Contentious experience is a plus

Strong non-contentious experience across NEC/JCT contracts

Public procurement bids experience is welcome
