They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and well-run environment for both staff and visiting clients. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract running until the end of October.Office Operations and Facilities ManagementOversee the daily running of the office, ensuring a well-organised and professional environmentManage meeting room scheduling, setup, and presentation for internal and external meetingsAct as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a high standard of reception and hospitalityCoordinate office supplies, equipment, and third-party service providers as requiredTeam and Administrative SupportProvide administrative support across the wider team to ensure operational efficiencyCoordinate internal processes and workflows to support business activitiesMaintain and update internal systems and databases (including CRM)Travel and Logistics CoordinationManage team travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries (approx. 5-10 trips per quarter)Ensure efficient travel planning aligned with business needs and budgetsFinance and Reporting SupportCoordinate and process monthly expense claims for the teamSupport basic financial administration and record-keeping where requiredMeetings and ..... full job details .....
