Luxury Travel Consultant Responsibilities: Working as a team and is vital to achieve high sales growth as the higher individual targets is dependent on achieving an overall group sales target. Managing and coordinating travel reservations (flights, hotels, etc.) for clients. Providing excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, online). Answering customer questions, providing information, and suggesting suitable travel options. Confirming bookings, processing payments, and issuing tickets/vouchers.
