This hands-on position ensures exceptional guest experiences, supports service excellence, and contributes to the smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.You will act as a leader on the floor, a role model for the team, and a trusted assistant to the Restaurant Director. In their absence, you will take responsibility for maintaining service standards and resolving operational issues as needed.You will be expected to reflect the company''s core values of Heart, Head, and Hands—being Supportive, Connected, Refined, Caring, Genuine, Positive, Focused, Creative, and Entrepreneurial in everything you do.ABOUT YOU2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant role in a high-end restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hotel.Experience managing teams and contributing to service excellence.Exposure to VIP service, guest recovery, and team coaching.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest engagement, and compliance.Familiarity with events, promotions, and restaurant marketing strategies.Confident using POS, reservations, and reporting systems.Sustainability awareness within hospitality operations is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Calm under pressure with a professional, polished demeanor.Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage.Highly attentive to detail and committed to quality.Flexible with working hours and committed to team success.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.Food Safety and Health and Safety certifications required.First Aid and Fire Safety training desirable.WSET or beverage knowledge certification a plus.Supervisory or leadership training beneficial.ABOUT CORINTHIACorinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
