We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.- Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
