One Of Us is a visual effects studio founded in London in 2004 by co-directors Rachael Penfold, Dominic Parker, and Tom Debenham. With a dynamic team of over 300 highly skilled professionals working across our London and Paris studios, we take pride in pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling with experience in all stages of production, from concept through to planning, photography, and post-production. The Project Development Assistant role at One of Us provides support to the Project Development Coordinator and Head of Project Development to ensure projects run smoothly. Our ideal candidate will be level headed under pressure, super organised and have precise attention to detail.Responsibilities

Preparing breakdowns into our internal bidding templateUpdating and organising the ‘bidding hub’ on GoogleDriveOverseeing Input/Output; liaising with data team, putting in download tickets and organising the delivery of packages to clientsScheduling internal and external meetings and liaising with runners and editorial teamsManaging the Project Development diary/calendarTaking notes in internal and external meetingsAssisting in the preparation of pitches/presentations as requiredInvolvement with industry research on upcoming projects and presenting suggestionsSeeking opportunities for process improvements and making recommendationsWhat we are looking for

Excellent attention to detailMicrosoft Office and G-Suite (Excel/GoogleSheets) experienceStrong communicator, comfortable liaising with Directors and Heads of Department within the company as well as filmmakersExcellent organisational skillsAbility to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and adapt to changes during the production.Able to learn new things quickly - prior VFX knowledge is not a prerequisite for the right candidate!Experience of ShotGrid/Flow an advantageThe drive to make things better with the humility to admit when something isn’t working, taking the right decision to ensure we find the best solution.An infectious energy, focusing on results and having a positive impact on colleagues and clients.Self-awareness and ability to resolve and diffuse problems treating colleagues and clients with kindness and respect.Ability to work well with others navigating different personalities to get the best out of everyone.In return we offer

Our core hours are 9.30am to 6.30pm or 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.We have a great office in Old Street where you would be based. This is an hybrid role where you would be required to work in the studio a minimum 2 days a week.Flexibility
