Our client, a leading consulting firm specialising in outsourced financial services, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering high-quality financial reporting and advisory services under UK GAAP and IFRS. Key Responsibilities:Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for financial matters.Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS, including detailed consolidation workings for complex structures.Audit Support:

Collaborate with clients during year-end audits, addressing technical queries and ensuring smooth processes.Technical Expertise:

Research and resolve client-specific accounting issues while continuously enhancing your knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards.Team Leadership:

Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on assignments and supporting their professional development.Communication and Collaboration:

Deliver clear and concise advice to clients while maintaining transparency and resolving queries promptly.Requirements:

ACCA or ACA qualification with proven experience in statutory accounts preparation and management accounts.Minimum of 2 years'' post-audit exposure within practice or outsourcing environments.Strong expertise in UK GAAP; practical experience in IFRS is highly advantageous.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero is essential.Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.Professionalism, reliability, and adaptability when working under pressure in a client-focused setting.Why Join Our Client?
