Are you a Machine Shop Manager looking to lead a skilled team in a modern, well-equipped workshop for a growing and respected manufacturer?

This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a hands-on Production Manager role, overseeing a team of 14 Toolmakers, driving day-to-day operations, and ensuring high standards across new tooling projects and modifications.

The Role

• Leading a team of 14 skilled Toolmakers in a busy injection mould toolroom
• Supporting new tool manufacture, modifications, and fault-finding
• Operating manual and CNC machinery as needed to support the team

The Candidate

• Production / Machine Shop Managerial experience
• Experienced within a tooling OR machining environment
• Strong communicator with leadership or supervisory experience
