We''re looking for a meticulous HR Compliance File Reviewer (Admin) to support an internal audit, ensuring employee records are accurate, complete, and fully compliant.In this role, you''ll review digital personnel files, validate existing RTW documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and update trackers to support a smooth and compliant audit process. You''ll play a key part in protecting organisational risk while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
