Based in Reading but with flexible working and the majority of instructions within the Thames Valley region. Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex building surveying instructions from inception to completion, ensuring quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Specific experience of working on school, local authority or higher education projects is desirable. Provide expert strategic advice to a range of clients, including occupiers, investors, and developers. Manage and administer a variety of construction contracts (e.g. JCT) and project management services on refurbishment, new build, and maintenance projects.
