This position is crucial in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing all documentation, systems, and processes related to vehicle transactions. Day-to-day of the role: Vehicle Documentation and Compliance Ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders. Maintain compliance with company policies. Manage stock invoicing, funding, and delivery documentation. Stock Management Oversee stock records, including new and used inventory. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure stock accuracy. Monitor and update systems accordingly.
