The Role You''ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly, accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer orders end-to-end, from receipt through to fulfilment, shipment and invoicing. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, deliveries and any potential issues. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, suppliers and freight partners to keep orders moving. Processing invoices, tracking payments, allocating costs and supporting accurate margin management. Monitoring credit limits and agreed customer terms to ensure orders remain compliant.
