We''re partnering with a highly successful, values-led organisation seeking an experienced HRManager to join their leadership team in a visible and influential role. Thisis an opportunity to step beyond traditional HR management and become a trustedadviser & commercial partner to operational leaders across a dynamicbusiness unit.

This is agenuinely broad role where you''ll have the autonomy to shape your agenda, buildstrong stakeholder relationships and contribute to both strategic peopleinitiatives and day-to-day operational HR activity.

Working closelywith senior leaders and site management teams, you''ll provide pragmatic,commercially focused HR support across a wide range of people matters,including:

• Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and talent strategy.
• Coaching and developing managers to build leadership capability.
• Leading on employee relations matters and providing expert HR guidance.
• Supporting succession planning, talent management and employee development initiatives.
• Driving employee engagement, culture and wellbeing programmes.
• Using HR data and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Contributing to wider people projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Acting as a trusted adviser who can challenge constructively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

About You

We''re looking foran experienced HR professional who can confidently operate in a BusinessPartner capacity and build credibility at all levels of the organisation.
You''ll bring:

• Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations expertise and sound employment law knowledge.
• Experience coaching, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• The ability to balance commercial objectives with people considerations.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise HR data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.

Manufacturingexperience would be beneficial but is not essential. More important is yourability to build trust, understand the wider business context and providecommercially relevant HR advice.
