As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll be the person customers turn to for clear answers, practical solutions and reassurance, taking ownership of queries across phone and digital channels. This is a varied role where you''ll solve problems rather than simply pass them on. Working hours: 37.5 hrs working a night shift from 8pm-7.15am 4 days per week on and 4 days off. After training candidates are required to work 1 evening per fortnight in office and the rest remote.
