This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with the potential for contract extension based on performance and service needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct medicines reconciliation for newly admitted patients. Review patient medications and provide advice to healthcare professionals. Support the safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring availability of medications. Provide clinical support in the dispensing of medicines for discharge. Perform regular medication audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies. Provide patient counselling on medication use, side effects, and adherence. Contribute to medication-related patient safety initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation of medicines-related interventions and patient care. Essential Criteria: Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Experience within a hospital setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
