What will I be doing as a Credit Controller?Working as a member of an established finance team, you will be carrying out high volume debt collection. Duties will include: Carrying out high volume credit control roles to chase outstanding paymentsRunning the monthly invoice and direct debit processesPosting incoming payments from customersPreparing and sending monthly statements and chase lettersWorking with liquidators, collection agencies, and solicitors on bad or doubtful debtsWriting off bad debts when neededHelping out with general accounting, including processing card payments and managing accounts on holdManaging petty cashHandling and recording daily bankingJumping in on other finance tasks where neededWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection or Sales LedgerAn articulate and confident character with an excellent telephone mannerConfident using Excel and SageAble to commit to a temporary contractWhat''s in it for me as a Credit Controller?
