Key Responsibilities
Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward this includes line management responsibility for the branch teamFull responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch in order to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIsHave an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment our people are our most valuable assetEnsure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards we need you to lead from the front and drive our safety first cultureActively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core valuesPromote a customer focused mindset within the branchWork collaboratively with our field based teams to ensure that we are maximising on customer opportunityAverage of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am 6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am 4pm
