Our Ethos is “Care First – Always”We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our growing team, you will be supported by our in-house Clinical team who are experienced in delivering solid care for our children requiring complex care and their families within various locations, you will be required to travel to our offices based in Westerham Kent.ShiftsMonday to Friday flexibility is requiredResponsibilities :To act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.To adhere to Care First 24’s policies and proceduresPositively support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staffTo oversee the placing of the right staff to the right complex care service user, to deliver a professional and safe service, incorporating Care First 24 Homecare’s policy on Patient Safety and Risk Management.Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staffConduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patientsTo contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleaguesMonitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsSkills:Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric nursingExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient careProficiency in medication administrationAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsThis position requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in paediatric nursing.Valid driving licence and own transport requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £41,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
