We are currently recruiting on behalf of leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Legal PA to join their busy Energy team. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to a senior lawyer.Responsibilities will include:Coordinating diary, travel and meeting arrangements. Drafting legal documents, reports and mailings, revising regularly. Efficiently managing physical and electronic court filings. Assisting with conflict checks, file opening, and drafting engagement letters to support new business intake. Updating file management systems. Recording timesheets and generating accurate monthly billing. Developing fee proposals and processing expenses. Researching and handling vendor information and payments. Managing license renewals. Assisting with onboarding of new staff. Supporting business development activities and marketing initiatives. Performing ad hoc tasks, as necessary.
