Matters will include new build purchases, residential sales, plot sales, site acquisitions and related finance work.Key duties include:Fee-Earning ResponsibilitiesInterviewing clients, taking instructions and maintaining comprehensive file notes.Managing file checklists and ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.Reviewing and analysing source of funds evidence for AML purposes.Issuing client care letters and preparing or reviewing contract packages.Raising enquiries and submitting appropriate searches.Drafting title, mortgage and search reports.Acting for mortgage lenders and managing lender requirements.Handling exchanges of contracts and preparing transfer deeds and ..... full job details .....
