Your responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, investigating incidents, providing support via phone, tickets, or chat, performing maintenance activities, and supporting project work and disaster recovery.You will proactively identify issues, resolve incidents efficiently, escalate when necessary, and contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and process optimization.To thrive in this role, you need to have:Basic understanding of technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr and ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, Meraki switches, and routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGrP.CCNA or working towards CCNADiscipline in handling tickets promptly, using knowledge articles and SOPs.Good understanding of ITSM tools and processes.Strong planning skills and adaptability.A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills across cultures.Bachelor’s degree in IT/computing or equivalent experience.Workplace type:
