The RoleReporting to the People Operations Manager, the People and Policy Partner will provide a solution-focused, high-quality People service across the organisation. You will be a trusted advisor to managers and staff on all aspects of People activity, supporting employee relations, policy development, and organisational change. This is a hands-on, specialist role with responsibility for improving policies, processes, and employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on employee relations, supporting managers with complex or sensitive cases.Lead the review, development, and implementation of People policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice.Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities.Manage family leave processes, inductions, appraisals, and return-to-work processes.Deliver hands-on operational support to the People ..... full job details .....
