This is a specialist role requiring a strong mechanical building services background and proven experience delivering heating and plantroom projects. Applicants without mechanical MandE experience are unlikely to be considered. The Opportunity You will take the lead on the delivery of a significant school decarbonisation programme across Carmarthenshire. Your initial projects will involve the refurbishment and upgrade of heating systems within three schools, replacing existing oil-fired systems with modern heat pump solutions. Works will include plantroom modifications, mechanical services upgrades and the coordination of specialist subcontractors within live educational environments. Following these projects, you will move onto additional refurbishment and decarbonisation schemes as part of a secured pipeline of work across South Wales.
