We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and brand visibility within London s On Trade sector.Responsibilities include: Managing and expanding a portfolio of independent accounts through regular visits and strong relationship buildingCreate and follow tailored sales plans that aligns with brand goalsDriving volume, distribution, and visibility for the premium coffee portfolio and machinerySupporting the execution of brand activations, events, and marketing campaignsDeliver training sessions to showcase and support key products About You: 12 months experience in a sales position, ideally product ledCoffee passion or knowledge is highly desirableDemonstrated success in account growth and new business developmentCommercially focused, with strong understanding of PandL and sales performance driversSelf-starter with high energy, ambition, and strong interpersonal skillsAble to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional ..... full job details .....
