Your New RoleA growing organisation within the property management space is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a 12-month FTC, with strong potential to become permanent. This is a high-impact, hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders across a growing, multi-site operation.You''ll act as the most senior HR professional in the business, partnering closely with the MD and leading an experienced HR Advisor. With a workforce of c.250, and further growth expected, this is a role where you''ll have real autonomy, visibility and influence. (Immediate start available). Responsibilities:Business Partnering and StrategyPartner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goalsProvide commercially focused HR advice to support performance and growthContribute to the development and delivery of the people strategyChange and TransformationLead and support organisational change initiatives, including restructuresManage TUPE transfers end-to-end, ensuring compliance and smooth integrationSupport business transformation projects across multiple sitesEmployee RelationsProvide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance mattersMitigate risk through strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practicePromote consistent and fair application of policies and proceduresTalent, Development and EngagementWork with Resourcing and LandD to support workforce planning and capability ..... full job details .....
