Management Accountant London - Permanent - Hybrid - £60,000 to £65,000 DOE A housing organisation in London is looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to take ownership of management reporting and month-end, while also developing their business partnering and analytical skills. Working closely with both finance and non-financial stakeholders, you will play an important role in producing accurate and insightful management information, while helping to improve and systemise existing processes. Responsibilities Take ownership of the month-end process, including journals, reconciliations and management accounts. Produce timely and accurate monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Work closely with the Head of FPandA and Financial Controller to ensure robust financial controls and reporting. Provide financial analysis and insight to support operational decision-making. Build relationships with operational teams and develop finance business partnering across the organisation. Develop and improve Excel-based reporting, models and processes. Identify opportunities to improve and systemise existing processes and reporting. Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or a finalist actively working towards qualification.
