Mechanical Engineer | Bank, City of London | Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week). GH Engage are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer (maintenance) to join a leading building services provider to deliver plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance to a prestigious site in the City of London. As Mechanical Engineer, you will support the engineering team in delivering plumbing and mechanical / HVAC maintenance to a commercial building.Duties

Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties.Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets/urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant.Some Mechanical and Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing.Building Fabric maintenance including but not limited to: Door fixtures and fittings; Painting and decorating.Package and Benefits
