Reporting directly into the General Manager, youll be leading the front of house team. Youll play a crucial role in ensuring the team are well trained, supported, motivated and clearly guided to empower them to provide a best-in-class service to our members and guests.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring that the club facilities are maintained to a high level with an eye for detail,
as well as your team doing the same
Youll be responsible for coordinating events and functions with the events team, and then directing and supporting the service team to deliver wonderful and memorable experiences
Aiming to achieve high performance and engagement from your employees by using a supportive and effective leadership and management approach with clear and respectful communication
To bring industry best practice to all areas of the Clubs activities and play a pivotal role in delivering the Clubs operational, financial and strategic goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORIf you meet some but not all the criteria below, wed still like to hear from you. Having the awareness to acknowledge areas you still need to develop are more important to us than believing there is nothing left to learn.Our absolute requirements for this role are that you have strong experience in guest service in a high-end hospitality environment, and experience leading and motivating others.Strong experience and skills in managing, developing and leading a team in an engaging and supportive mannerExperience delivering training to team members who may have limited or no prior service experienceExceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality and great serviceExperience managing events whilst maintaining a high quality of serviceGreat sense of accountability and holding others to account in a fair wayExcellent time management skills with a sense of urgency when requiredExperience cashing up, opening and closingSupporting the General Manager to achieve revenue targetsHighly organised and enthusiastic team player with the ability to motivate othersExcellent leadership and communication skills in generalGood-great command of English- spoken and written
