Responsibilities

Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with their learning and development.

Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Assisting with small group work, play-based learning and 1:1 support where needed.

Working closely with teachers, parents and colleagues to nurture children''s progress.

Encouraging independence, curiosity and social skills through play and structured activities.

About You

Experience working with children in Early Years (Nursery/Reception) is desirable.

A relevant Early Years or childcare qualification (Level 2/3) is preferred, but strong experience will also be considered.

Patient, compassionate and adaptable with excellent communication skills.

A genuine passion for supporting young children''s growth, learning and wellbeing.
