1:1 support

for two pupils with autism, adapting approaches to suit their individual needsWork with a

Year 3 pupil in the mornings

and a

Year 2 pupil in the afternoonsSupport the non-verbal pupil using alternative communication strategies and personalised learning toolsImplement

personalised plans and tailored curricula

in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCOEncourage positive behaviour, independence, and social developmentCommunicate effectively with teachers, parents, and outside professionals to ensure continuity of supportRequirements

Previous experience supporting children with

SEN , particularly autism (experience with non-verbal pupils desirable)A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children in a classroom settingAbility to adapt and differentiate learning to meet individual needsStrong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a teamA genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potentialWhy Register with Envision Education
