This role is critical in supporting residents and leaseholders while building safety works and compliance programmes are delivered across our portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, building management teams, contractors, and internal departments. You will ensure residents are kept informed, supported, and engaged throughout building safety investigations, remediation works, and ongoing compliance activities. Regular travel across the UK will be required to attend resident meetings, host engagement events, and support communication during key project stages.
