Managing the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximise planned gross marginAssessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risksLeading and motivating commercial staff to ensure collaborative project deliveryManaging subcontractor and supplier relationships, including tendering and contract variationsSupporting the generation of tenders and winning of new contractsWhat we are looking for

You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chainsYou hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable)You have experience in a similar role, with strong organisational and IT skillsRewards and benefits
