You’ll:* Partner with Global HR, Site Management Committee, and UK and Ireland HR to align people plans with business strategy* Guide leaders through performance, change, and organizational design* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent, ER, LandD, CandB, HRIS, and more* Champion employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement**Key Focus Areas****Employee Relations*** Advise on complex ER matters, ensuring compliance and best practice**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding*** Support hiring and internal mobility* Lead and enhance the on-site onboarding experience**Learning and Development*** Support design and deliver impactful learning solutions**Compensation and Benefits*** Support annual reviews and ensure fair, benchmarked pay practices**HR Operations and Engagement*** Drive process excellence, analyze HR metrics, and lead engagement initiatives**To be considered for this role, you will have:*** Degree or equivalent HR experience* Strong project and stakeholder management* Track record in employee engagement* Expertise in complex employee relations* Experience in global, matrixed settings* Passion for people and progressIpsen is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered.
