Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a 9 Month FTC. This role will support the effective management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient document control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain controlled project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control and compliance with company and client requirements.
• Coordinate the creation, review, approval, distribution and archiving of documents within project and quality management systems.
• Monitor document and drawing progress, tracking deadlines, and following up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain document registers and prepare reports to support project teams and audits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of document control processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 5 years'' experience in a Document Controller role.
• Previous experience supporting oil and gas projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of electronic document management systems (EDMS), document control principles, and ISO standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and SharePoint.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
