Payroll Administrator 6-Month Contract London (Hybrid) £225 - £255pdA leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join its HR team on a 6-month contract. This role will support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services across UK and international employee populations.This opportunity would suit a payroll professional who is confident operating in a regulated financial services environment and comfortable handling complex payroll processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the processing, checking, and delivery of UK and Ireland payrollsAct as a subject matter expert on payroll processes and systemsHandle payroll-related queries through a case management system, ensuring SLAs are metManage starters, leavers, transfers, prorated pay, bonuses, and salary increasesAdminister statutory payments, parental leave, pensions, and benefits through payrollSupport global mobility payrolls, including UK shadow payrolls and hypothetical taxPrepare payroll reports and accounting information for Finance teamsProduce statutory reporting including P11Ds, Class 1A NICs, and PSA submissionsLiaise with external providers such as pension administrators and tax advisorsEnsure payroll data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with legislationSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum 3 years'' experience in UK payroll administrationEssential experience working within the financial services sectorStrong Excel and general IT skills; payroll ..... full job details .....
