MetaMeta is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join our organization. As the ideal candidate, you will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment. You will have effective leadership skills, ability to assess different types of risk, and bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organisation. You should also have proven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionals.Responsibilities

Lead a team of Employee Relations Partners who work across multiple jurisdictions and business groups to assist employees and managers in performance management, resolving issues and grievancesProvide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organizationProactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsTriage employee relations casework, identifies potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately using guidelinesProvide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive workHelp balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectivesIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Industrial Relations and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the businessPartner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and executionPlan, execute, and evaluates complex assignments that have an impact in region or with the clients supportedParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organizationBuild collaborative and productive working relationshipsLead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibilityBuilds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well)Actively involved in interviewing and on-boarding new employeesMinimum Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles3+ years of experience managing HR/ER professionalsExperience across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA and with Works Council presenceDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the businessEffective communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrates empathy and experience driving collaborative workDemonstrates project management and change management experienceDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsExperience using data to identify insights that drive actionExperience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scaleDemonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problemsConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsProven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionalsPreferred Qualifications
