What You Will DoLead an EMEA Aftermarket Parts ID and Engineering Team, guiding experts dedicated to enhancing Johnson Controls'' HVACR portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Parts and Service, EMEA, this role offers the chance to shape processes and initiatives that drive aftermarket growth.Team Leadership: Empower and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Technical Expertise: Provide strategic insights and technical guidance to push boundaries in aftermarket parts engineering.

Product Portfolio Support: Strengthen Johnson Controls'' HVACR products and ensure seamless aftermarket integration.

Parts Information Systems: Take charge of the Parts Information Management System (EasyParts - Parts ID) for optimized workflow.

Strategic Verticals: Support key business verticals, including the growing Data Center sector.

Multi-Business Collaboration: Work across diverse divisions such as Applied, Industrial Refrigeration, and Air-Handling Units.

Growth Initiatives: Spearhead innovative strategies that expand aftermarket parts offerings and business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships to align objectives, drive success, and create lasting impact.

Travel: Visit your team members in Denmark at least once per quarter.

How You Will Do ItLead and manage the Aftermarket Engineering Team, including Parts ID Engineers and Service Lifecycle Engineers.

Oversee the seamless execution of aftermarket projects through effective Engineering Change management processes.

Develop team capabilities, focusing on skills enhancement and performance management.

Ensure all Engineering changes comply with the standardized Aftermarket Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.

Collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers to plan successful New Product Introductions.

Define parts and inventory strategies for new product launches, ensuring readiness and efficiency.

Regularly engage with stakeholders to track milestones, manage deliverables, and facilitate change requests.

Drive transparent, impactful communication within globally distributed teams, fostering synergy and collaboration.

What We Look ForStrong expertise in Engineering and Project Management methodologies, ensuring operational excellence.

Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), and ERP systems.

Strategic problem-solving capabilities, offering analytical and conceptual insights to overcome challenges.

Proven experience managing budgets, ensuring projects adhere to financial constraints.

Exceptional communication skills to engage seamlessly with global teams and stakeholders.
