As our Account Development Director, you''ll have the opportunity to build and scale a new team focused on account management. Based at our HQ in London, we offer:Operational experience in a start-up environment with tangible resultsClose collaboration with the CEO on sales strategiesUnlimited growth potential, with a strong track record of internal promotionsYour Responsibilities
Given our global expansion, this role is strategic in establishing us as a market leader. As our client base grows, you''ll build relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in finance and tech sectors. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Hiring, leading, and developing a teamDeveloping strategies and processesSegmenting clients and organizing the teamManaging the entire portfolio of accountsBuilding strong relationships with clientsUpselling and cross-sellingCollaborating with other teamsAttending conferences and industry eventsWhat we expect from you
You should have an exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency. You are proactive, ownership-driven, humble, and passionate about building new businesses.
