Apply nowEames are partnering with a PE-backed energy company based in the City of London to hire a Financial Reporting Manager.

Following recent funding from a well-known private equity firm, our client has exciting plans for growth over the coming years. This is a newly created role as part of the growth strategy.

The successful candidate will take the lead on management and financial reporting for the group, while also managing and overseeing a small team.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

Lead the statutory accounts preparation in line with IFRS standardsManage and develop the financial accounting teamAssist with management reporting, including board packs and financial analysisTake full ownership of the monthly reporting processLead the audit process as the main point of contact at year-endOwn the group consolidation process for multiple entitiesOwn regulatory reporting requirementsUndertake ad hoc duties as requiredPerson Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualifiedStrong technical understanding of financial controls under IFRSAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentConfident communicator with the ability to engage cross-functionally and drive changeWhat''s on Offer
