This family-run business specialises in highways, civil engineering and groundworks, delivering rejuvenation and maintenance projects for major clients. With turnover expected to almost double, the business is continuing to expand. In this role, you will manage the commercial side of projects, covering take-offs, NEC contracts, change control, cost management and subcontractor relationships. You will also support junior members of the team and play a key role in securing new projects. With that, the ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience within civils or highways, strong NEC knowledge, and a proactive approach to commercial management.
