This is an excellent opportunity to work within a boutique, client-focused firm, acting for a prestigious client base of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), family offices, and private investors. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, while also contributing to client development.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, licences), property finance and secured lending transactions, portfolio management for HNWI clients, and development projects and site assembly.Act as a trusted advisor to HNWI clients, investors, and family offices, providing tailored, commercially pragmatic advice.Lead on transactions from instruction through to completion.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Collaborate closely with other departments (Private Client) to deliver a seamless client experience.Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with ..... full job details .....
