Our client, an established hospitality and events company, is currently recruiting a Sous Chef to join their Kitchen team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting with organising and supervising all kitchen operations, maintaining high food quality and awareness of hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities for the Sous Chef:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Managing and supporting the kitchen team
• Preparing, cooking, and plating food items
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and managing waste

Skills Required for the Sous Chef:

• Previous chef, supervisory, or kitchen leadership experience
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
• Organised and able to manage multiple orders effectively
• Confident working under pressure with front-of-house staff
• Quality-focused with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable managing kitchen equipment and food inventory

• Driving License
