Experience The Role Your main responsibilities will include managing post completion tasks for residential property transactions across the firm, preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, handling stamp duty submissions, and ensuring all requirements from mortgage lenders are met. You will also maintain accurate records, update case management systems, respond to queries from clients and third parties, and assist with general administrative duties as needed.
