PROJECT SURVEYOR LONDONAn established and growing multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its London team.The consultancy provides Building Surveying, Fire Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services across the UK, with a strong reputation across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation and high-risk building projects.The RoleThe business is looking for a recently Chartered or APC-level Building Surveyor with a strong project delivery background.The role will be heavily project-focused, with responsibility for a range of schemes valued between approximately £500k and £15m.You will act as a Contract Administrator, Employer''s Agent or Lead Consultant / Project Manager, working across both Design and Build and traditional procurement routes.Projects include:Major façade remediationExternal refurbishment and renovationInternal common partsPrivate residential refurbishmentDesign and refurbishment projectsRequirementsDegree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related disciplineRICS qualified or working towards ChartershipMinimum 5 years'' Building Surveying / Project Management experienceStrong JCT contract administration experience is essentialExperience acting as Employer''s Agent and/or Contract AdministratorExperience managing design teams and project deliveryGood understanding of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Building Regulations and CDMNEC experience ..... full job details .....
