Equal split of card tips (tronc) £5k+ pa

Supporting the Head Chef to deliver a modern British menu using seasonal, local produce

Supporting the team day-to-day and stepping up through training and support to reach the next level

Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and safely

Bringing energy, ideas, and consistency to every plate
