The on-site restaurant is about to undergo a major refurbishment and relaunch, making this an exciting time to join the team and a great opportunity to bring your ideas and skills to a revitalised food offering that reflects the energy and creativity of this unique destination.

Your Role:

As Chef de Partie, you''ll work across both the restaurant and events operations - from daytime service in the restaurant to weddings, corporate dinners, and private functions held in the stunning spaces aboard the SS Great Britain.

What you''ll be doing...

Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard.Assisting with menu development and daily specials, especially during the restaurant relaunch.Supporting smooth kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef.Helping train and mentor junior kitchen staff.Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.What can you bring?
