Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Bury St Edmunds Our client - who are a specialist Independent Connections Provider (ICP) in the UK are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will play a key part in commercial management of Projects for the business from a quantity surveying perspective. Responsibilities: Work with Senior QS and Commercial Director to product monthly project cost value reporting and analysis. Ensure all invoice and project variation reports and analysis are captured, recorded, and fed back to stakeholders. Managing subcontractor agreements and applications. Cash flow analysis and forecasting. Budgeting and reporting. Experience: Experience/interest in commercial finance/QS roles. Highly commercial focused mindset. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Utilities/Renewables experience would be desirable, but not essential.
